In the 8 week group program I have created it is NOT a competition to see who can lose the most weight.

I teach and guide you…

Over the 8 weeks I will teach you things that you need to know about sustainable fat loss. I will explain in detail how it works and how you should put everything into practice. I will guide you, I will be there every step of the way.

I don’t just give you a generic plan and then leave you to do your own thing while crazily competing against the other members for 8 weeks. Fuck that!

My goal is that we all cross the finish line together with all the knowledge to make this a sustainable, healthy weight loss journey.
