Egg Muffins

What is needed:

  1. 6 of the best chicken eggs
  2. More or less 80 grams of mushrooms (3-4 button mushrooms).
  3. Not the hallucinogenic kind, unless you prepping for Afrika Burn.
  4. About 40 grams (half) Red Pepper (Any color, they all taste the fucken same anyway)
  5. 30 grams Green Beans (Maybe about 20 beans)
  6. 1 Carrot
  7. Pink of Salt
  8. tsp Olive Oil
  9. Spray & Cook
  10. Muffin Tray

Disclaimer: The only thing I am 100% sure of on the above list are the 6 eggs!


Optional: Pepper, Garlic, cooked bacon, biltong, or whatever you want really. You can literally add anything that you craving into these egg muffins, except drugs, drugs are bad mmmmkaaay.


  1. Preheat oven on 230 degrees Celsius
  2. Chop all choppable ingredients, this does not include eggs, spray & cook, olive oil or salt.
  3. Spray the muffin tray with Spray & Cook to prevent your eggs from sticking to the sides! #Moist
  4. Add all these ingredients, layered or mixed, into muffin tray
  5. Mix 6 eggs and olive oil in separate bowl, add pinch of salt (You can add a tablespoon or two of milk if you want, but it’s not necessary)
  6. Dish out evenly into muffin tray – Measuring spoons work the best to dish egg mixture out
  7. Cook till no longer wet


Please note: I did not use the Carrot as there was no space in the muffin trays. There were also other ingredients left due to space constraints because my guesstimates were horribly wrong. #MaybeIateTheWrongShrooms

Serves: 1 person for 2 days or 3 people for 1 day

Prep time: 45 minutes if you faff / 15 minutes if you hustle

Cooking time: 15 minutes or till golden brown

Calories per 6 muffins: Let’s go with 600 calories (100 Calories per egg muffin). Please note that this will be totally different if you use different ingredients, or even if you use the same ingredients but different amounts! Use only as a guideline!
