Yes, everyone knows how to make burgers, but does everyone trying to lose weight know that they don’t only need to drink (Insert Name Here) meal replacement shakes?
Burger night = 1 plate | 1000 Calories
You probably thinking, ffs 1000 frieken calories, no farking way!
I am going to make a very bold statement here and say: “The easiest way to fail is to give up everything you love”
*Create a meal plan that works for you. *Don’t eat burgers every night. *Create sustainability.
- 1 Burger Bun ( Yes it was white, no it wasn’t gluten free)
- 1 burger patty (100g)
- 3 strips of bacon
- A pinch of cheese
- Red Onion
- Sweet Potato Fries
- Put Sweet Potato fries into oven and cook till ready
- Fry bacon
- Fry Patties
- Grate cheese
- Cut tomatoes, onions and cucumber
- Build your burger
