I feel like a frequently asked questions page is a prerequisite. Please go through all the below questions and answers to give yourself a better idea and understanding of my programs and how they will work for you. If you have any questions that are not listed below, please feel free to contact me. I want to make sure that everything is as clear as possible before we get started.
Q. Will I receive a meal plan?
A. No. None of the fat loss programs come with a meal plan. I will be providing you with the knowledge and guidance to create your own meal plans. By doing it this way, you will have the freedom of adding foods that you like to your plan. It also means that your chances of falling off the weight loss wagon are a lot less.
Q. How long will it take for me to see results?
A. It all depends on you. If you are committed to losing weight you will see results. Keep in mind that everyone is different and there are many influencing factors. We will focus on more than the number on the scale, all body measurements will logged and tracked. Keep in mind that it is not only about the number on the scale.
Q. Do I just receive the plan and then do it on our own?
A. No. I will be there for you every step of the way. It consists of a verbal assessment, and there will be coach calls scheduled. You will also receive my WhatsApp number where I will be available to answer your questions. Please keep in mind that there will be a structured call time scheduled due to me having a full time job.
Q. Would I have to purchase any additional supplements?
A. Not at all. I am not endorsed by any supplement company. It’s not something that you sign up for only to be sold something else. The choice to incorporate certain supplements into your plan is totally yours.
Q. Is the program calorie based?
A. The focus of the plans are based on calories in vs calories out, but that is not where it ends. I want you to have a good understanding of a calorie controlled meal plan and how it works, but most importantly, I want you to walk away with a healthy relationship with food.
Q. Will the coaching only focus on nutrition?
A. No. I have tried to incorporate loads more than that. I’ve created various different guides such as; Creating healthy habits, sustainability guide, incorporating exercise, meal prepping guides and many more.
Q. Can I purchase the study guides without doing the coaching?
A. Yes, absolutely. Drop me an email via the contact page and I will send you the information as to how they can be purchased.
Q. Can I extend after 1 month if I feel I need to?
A. If you purchase the monthly plan as opposed to the 3 month block and you feel you need another month, yes you can extend.
Q. Can I do more than 3 months?
A. My goal is to make sure that you are comfortable doing it all on your own after 3 months. Once we get to your final assessment and your really seem to be struggling, then yes we can extend the coaching sessions.
Q. How do I keep track my progress?
A. Any tracking sheets and documents have been set up and will be mailed to you as part of the program. The only thing you need to do is provide me with your starting measurements, weight and before pictures.
Q. Is this only for weight loss?
For now I have only created on plan and that is for weight loss. In the near future I will be adding a plan focusing on sports nutrition.
Q. Can I request a payment plan over 3 months?
If you are serious and committed to wanting to learn and lose weight, then I will be more than happy work out out a payment plan for you.
