  • DURATION & RENEWAL
  • The duration of the plan is 4 weeks and it starts immediately once payment is made. Once the 4 weeks are done, your plan and profile will be archived, unless you wish to proceed. Renewing for another 4 weeks is very easy, all it requires is a quick email to me, and payment. Renewal has to be communicated before 4 weeks.
  • WEEKLY CHECK IN'S
  • Your weekly check in's are promted to your phone every 7 days. So your first check in will be exactly 7 days after you have paid and signed up. If you pay on and sign up on a Wednesday, your check will be a Tuesday, etc. You have to keep track of your progress from your side as well with the weight tracking sheet provided.
  • GETTING THROUGH 4 WEEKS
  • This is your fat loss entry level plan, meaning that you will be provided with all the tools and all the knowledge via video tutorials, recipes and resources. It s like a self help service, but with daily and weekly check in's for that touch of accountability.
