28 Days is more than enough to create a habit and create routine

Welcome to 28 Day Challenges

How it works:

  1. Each challenge will have a specific start date
  2. You will be emailed the startup documents of desired challenge
  3. You will be emailed the day by day guide for 5 days on each Sunday of the 28 days
  4. You can then prepare yourself on the Sunday for the week ahead
  5. Take as many photos as possible – Create a photo diary (Trust me on this one)

Day by day:

  • Each day you will have a task to do
  • Day 1’s task is to be repeated on day 2 along with that days task
  • You don’t stop one task to do the next
  • By day 28 you will be doing all 28 tasks on that day

If you fail at a task or to do a task:

  • Don’t quit
  • Don’t start over
  • Make a note on note sheet provided
  • Learn from your mistakes
  • Proceed with the challenge
