Yes, this is a 28 day challenge.
No, this is not one of those “drink lemon and shit” for 28 days, or “eat this nut” and sit on the toilet for 28 days kind of challenge.
This challenge will help you:
- Reset the way you do things
- Create a routine which could lead to habit
- Make you feel better
- Help get rid of the toxins in your body
- It will challenge you
This challenge will NOT:
- Will not make you better than everyone else
- Will not magically transform you into a unicorn
- Will not work if you don’t work
How it will work
- You click here to commit
- You will be emailed all information by Friday 1st of June
- You will be emailed the day by day guide for 5 days on each Sunday of the 28 days
- You can then prepare yourself on the Sunday for the week ahead
- Take as many photos as possible – Create a photo diary (Trust me on this one)
The basics (very basics) of a detox:
- Cut out processed foods
- Cut out refined sugar
- Cut out take-aways
- Cut out soft drinks
Base your detox diet on fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, sarcasm and laughter.
Your doctor or a nutritionist can help you develop a long-term plan.
Basic structure will focus on:
Day 1: Eat | Day 2: Drink | Day 3: Sleep | Day 4: Exercise | Day 5: Learn
The above structure will be followed and repeated for the full 28 days.
