Yes, everyone knows how to make burgers, but does everyone trying to lose weight know that they don’t only need to drink (Insert Name Here) meal replacement shakes?

Burger night = 1 plate | 1000 Calories

You probably thinking, ffs 1000 frieken calories, no farking way!

I am going to make a very bold statement here and say: “The easiest way to fail is to give up everything you love”

*Create a meal plan that works for you. *Don’t eat burgers every night. *Create sustainability.

Ingredients Used:

  • 1 Burger Bun ( Yes it was white, no it wasn’t gluten free)
  • 1 burger patty (100g)
  • 3 strips of bacon
  • A pinch of cheese
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Red Onion
  • Sweet Potato Fries

Method:

  1. Put Sweet Potato fries into oven and cook till ready
  2. Fry bacon
  3. Fry Patties
  4. Grate cheese
  5. Cut tomatoes, onions and cucumber
  6. Build your burger
